Orders
Everything you need to know
All orders are required to be picked up on scheduled date and time. No orders will be held after pickup time. Any orders not picked up will be for sale after pick up time.
Starting November 8th all preorders need to be prepaid in order to be processed.
24 hour cancelation is required. Any orders canceled after 24 hours of pickup and no shows will be asked to pay all future orders in full. Otherwise your order will not be processed.
There are no refunds or returns on orders. Will not accept expired gift certificates.
Our amazing Guilt Free Protein Donuts are created in our fully licensed, commercial kitchen that has been inspected by Elkhart County health department.

New Donut Trailer!
Come visit us in our new Donut Trailer! A little 1955 RV brought to life by the incredible people over at Journey RV!
We are working on a commercial kitchen and coffee drinks for the trailer. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for more details as we get closer to having that done.
For now we will be using the trailer as a roadside booth and at markets where we are able to do so! I am a Happy girl, with an even happier heart ❤

Donut Care
For freshness we recommend to move donuts from their box
to a sealed container and keep in fridge 3 -4 days.
Our donuts also freeze really well and will stay fresh in freezer up to a month.

My Story
Hi! I’m Rachel Miller, owner and creator of Guilt Free Protein Donuts.
I started this business back in February 2019 in the little kitchen of my house. I spent countless hours creating the prefect recipe, which took almost a year. With a little convincing from my friends, I finally decided to sell them and here we are!
I’m originally from Ohio, born and raised in a small town in the middle of amish country. I actually grew up Amish! Learning everything from cooking and cleaning to baking, my family taught me how to work hard. My grandma would always tell us stories how she would bake for the local farmers market, selling a loaf of bread for $.75.
I moved to Indiana in spring of 2014 and started working in the RV industry. I worked a full time factory job and ran my business on the side all the way up until fall of 2020. I then decided to take a leap of faith and just run the business full time which was the scariest and best decision I ever made. It was time to chase my dreams.
I often get asked, “Why did you start the business? What’s your story? What made you do it?” At the time I was going through a lot of struggles in my life dealing with past abuse and working through healing, trying to find a place where I could fit in. Oddly enough I found peace, passion and healing through baking. Seeing the joy and love on people’s faces when they tried my product for the first time brought so much love to my heart.
I love Jesus with all my heart and have full faith that everything happens for a reason. My story wasn’t ending it is only beginning.
My hope is that you all enjoy the donuts as much as I love creating them!
